Founded in 1993, Xinjin Holdings Group has, through over 30 years of pioneering efforts in realizing its steel dream, transformation and upgrading, and diversified expansion, formed a development pattern with steel as its leading industry, and integrating new energy technology, finance, investment, foreign trade, tourism, coking, casting, and other emerging industries.
The company pioneered the establishment of a complete industrial and value chain layout in the steel sector, encompassing sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, hot rolling to cold rolling. Its core steel business has continued to strengthen, and its products have gradually moved towards high-end products. The company has repeatedly ranked among the top 500 Chinese enterprises, the top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and the top 100 enterprises in Hebei Province. It has also received over 100 honors, including national-level "Capital Blue Sky Action Science and Technology Demonstration Project," "National Green Factory," "Quality and Efficiency-Oriented Enterprise," and "Pilot Unit for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Standardization System." On November 24, 2023, it was recognized by the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment as a Class A enterprise in key industries for environmental performance.
Xinjin Holdings Group boasts sophisticated production equipment, advanced processes, and comprehensive supporting facilities. The company's main products include appliance steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-rolled coils, and high-speed wire rods. The "Xin Jin Pai" trademark is a well-known trademark in Hebei Province. "Xin Jin" brand wire rods and hot-rolled coils have been awarded the title of "Hebei Province Famous Brand Product" for many consecutive years, and in 2017, they were awarded the "Gold Cup Award" for product quality by the China Iron and Steel Association. The company has also established a national-level laboratory with CNAS testing qualifications.
The company's galvanized steel sheets are mainly used in construction, decoration, light industry, automotive, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, and commerce. Applications include door panels, chimneys, cable trays, automotive interior panels, gutters, highway guardrails, floor decking, ventilation ducts, air boxes, building structural steel, and steel structure supports.
Spangle-free galvanized steel sheets are primarily used in the home appliance industry. We collaborate with over a dozen well-known domestic and international home appliance brands, including Haier, Midea, and Aoma, on high-end customized products, mainly for panels, side panels, and inner tanks of refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. We also collaborate with South Korea to develop galvanized SGC400 high-strength steel products. Currently, we are a Chinese supplier approved and partnered with the South Korean government for procurement, and our products are used in various fields in South Korea, including agriculture, engineering, and the application of high-strength, high-corrosion-resistant pipes.
Xinjin Holdings Group, guided by the philosophy of "Building a Smart Factory and Leading Green Development," pursues green and environmentally friendly practices throughout its entire production process. With a cumulative environmental investment of 2.2 billion yuan, it has established an intelligent control center, seamlessly connecting six major systems: production, supply, and sales integration; MES (Manufacturing Execution System); intelligent logistics channels; energy management; environmental monitoring; and security monitoring. It has also constructed three intelligent raw material sheds, covering a total area of 200,000 square meters, equipped with dust suppression equipment such as mist sprayers, dry fog dust suppression systems, eagle-eye sensor interlocking systems, and automatic car washes, achieving fully enclosed storage and transportation of raw materials. Furthermore, it has built a comprehensive wastewater deep treatment station with a daily processing capacity of 10,000 cubic meters. The self-generation rate of coal gas has reached 74.5%. The establishment of four comprehensive recycling systems for industrial wastewater, coal gas, waste heat, and solid waste has formed a "green circular economy circle" and a complete secondary recycling industrial chain. The company plans to plant greenery and create landscapes on slag heaps, barren hills, and abandoned sites within the factory area, creating a comprehensive ecological garden covering approximately 300 acres, integrating ecological sightseeing, garden appreciation, fruit and vegetable picking, and educational tourism.
The company has always taken it upon itself to benefit society and serve the country. Over the years, it has paid more than 5 billion yuan in taxes and fees to the state. In recent years, from autumn scholarship programs, poverty alleviation, and care for the elderly and orphans, to donations for road construction, environmental improvement around the company, and disaster relief, it has invested a total of 150 million yuan, and has successively won honors such as the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Earthquake Relief Donations in Hebei Province," "Advanced Unit for Donating to Education in Hebei Province," and "Outstanding Contribution Unit for Donating to Education in Handan City."
